How do I properly care for the product?

A few simple steps will keep your treadmill, wood and motors in good shape for a long time:

  • Wipe dry: Clean the oak deck and tabletop only with a slightly damp, well-wrung cloth—never soaking wet. Wipe dry afterward.
  • After your workout: Wipe sweat and moisture off the WalkingPad immediately so the wood does not become stained.
  • Care for the wood: Refresh the oak occasionally with a little wood care product or hardwax oil to keep the surface beautiful and protected.
  • Keep the motors dry: Never clean the motor, electronics or cables of the desk and treadmill with water, and do not spray cleaner directly onto them. Only wipe the outside of the housing with a damp cloth.
  • Check the screws: Briefly check the screw connections on the desk and treadmill every few weeks and tighten them if necessary.
  • Location: Use both products in a dry place at room temperature; do not leave them permanently in damp rooms or exposed to direct moisture.
