At TWHEELS you have two options: installment payment with card via HeyLight or purchase on invoice via PowerPay. You select both directly during checkout, and you see the binding terms there before you agree.

In short: HeyLight is the way for planned monthly installments over a longer period. PowerPay is the way if you want to pay only in 30 days (then interest-free) or prefer an invoice over card payment.

How does installment payment with HeyLight work?

In three steps, directly at checkout, without app and without registration.

  1. Add your device to the cart and select HeyLight as the payment method at checkout.
  2. Enter your debit or credit card and choose the term (3 to 24 months, depending on amount). For higher amounts, you briefly confirm your identity.
  3. The first installment is charged immediately, each further one automatically every 30 days. After the last installment, the device is fully yours.

How does purchase on invoice with PowerPay work?

You get the goods first and pay afterwards.

  1. Choose PowerPay at checkout, purchase on invoice. PowerPay performs a brief credit check.
  2. You receive the invoice and have 30 days to pay. If you pay in full within this period, no interest or fees apply, only the administration fee of CHF 2.90 per invoice.
  3. If you don’t want to pay everything at once, use installment payment. Then PowerPay charges interest according to its fee schedule on the outstanding balance.
