How long does the setup take?

- Factory-fitted PU-coated universal castors (Ø 60 mm) for hard & soft floors.
- Replacement/hard floor castors with 10 mm or 11 mm pins can be reordered anytime through our support.
Is the chair ergonomically certified?
- The ProActive meets the essential requirements of DIN EN 1335 for office swivel chairs. Gas lift and components are SGS and BIFMA tested.
How do I properly clean and care for the chair?
- Regularly vacuum with a soft vacuum cleaner attachment.
- Remove stains with a slightly damp microfiber cloth and mild soapy water – do not use solvents.
- Let the mesh back air dry, do not use a hairdryer.
