For which body height and seat height is the chair suitable?
- The seat height can be adjusted from 44 – 54 cm (Gaslift class 4). This generally covers body heights of approximately 160 – 200 cm and meets the requirements of DIN EN 1335.
What is the maximum load capacity?
- SGS-tested steel frame & gas lift support up to 135 kg.
- This means the chair exceeds the usual 110 kg of DIN EN 1335.
How long does the assembly take?
- Thanks to the pre-assembled seat & back module, the chair is ready for use in approx. 10 minutes. The assembly tool is included in the delivery.
Which rollers are installed – and are there replacement rollers for hard floors?
- Factory PU-coated universal rollers (Ø 60 mm) for hard & soft floors.
- Replacement/hard floor rollers with 10 mm or 11 mm pin can be reordered at any time through our support.
Is the chair ergonomically certified?
- The ProActive meets the essential requirements of DIN EN 1335 for office swivel chairs. Gas lift and components are SGS and BIFMA tested.
How do I properly clean and maintain the chair?
- Regularly vacuum with a soft vacuum cleaner attachment.
- Remove stains with a slightly damp microfiber cloth and mild soapy water – do not use solvents.
- Let mesh back dry in the air, do not blow dry.
