Refund policy

You can return your purchase voluntarily: within the first 14 days after receipt against a refund of the purchase price paid, from day 15 to day 120 against a TWHEELS credit note. Notify us of the return within the applicable period by e-mail to info@twheels.ch. We confirm it and tell you the procedure and the return address.

The exact conditions, for example the condition and packaging of the goods, return shipping costs and exclusions, are set out in section 9 of the General Terms and Conditions. The warranty is governed by section 10, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in Liechtenstein and the EU by section 12.
