    What happens to my photos?

    Only “Agree and create AI image” sends the selected photos, room dimensions and equipment selection. Only use photos you have permission to use. Photos are resized and re-encoded as JPG without the original file metadata. Photos are not saved in the local plan storage or planner tracking.

    Please only use room photos without people, documents or personal details. The TWHEELS server processes images in memory. Kie.ai receives temporarily accessible image files and processes them with the Nano Banana 2 model. Anyone who knows the image link may be able to access the file. The links are not published in the planner.

    For uploads, Kie.ai states both 24 hours and 3 days. A reliable deletion period is therefore not yet confirmed. According to the provider, generated media is stored for 14 days and task metadata for up to 2 months. Kie.ai upload information ↗ · Storage by the provider ↗

    Closing removes the photos and result from this view. This does not delete files already uploaded to Kie.ai or undo processing already started there.
