Yes. You can receive free online advice or try out the equipment at an appointment at our warehouse in Weesen. Appointments must be booked in advance. Book an appointment under Trial appointment.

You can also collect your order in Weesen. Collection is free of charge. You can find details under Delivery and collection.

You can pay by invoice with an instalment option, by credit or debit card, with TWINT within Switzerland, via PayPal, or by bank transfer.

Available items are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery to Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Italy, and Luxembourg takes 3 to 6 business days. Shipping is free.

Every shipment is insured against damage and loss until receipt of the goods. Find out more under Delivery and Collection.

You have 120 days to unpack and inspect your product at your leisure. Within 14 days of receiving it, you’ll get a refund. From day 15 to day 120, you’ll receive a credit, an exchange, or a replacement product. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

The product must:

  • be complete and include all accessories,
  • be clean, undamaged, and fully functional,
  • be returned in its original packaging.

We provide a 2-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects from the invoice date. Normal wear and tear and improper use are excluded.

If it is covered by the warranty, the repair or an equivalent replacement is free of charge. Our goal is to repair rather than replace.

Depending on availability, you can enquire about individual items from returns, displays or photo shoots. Condition, price, delivery and terms are specified in your personal offer.
