How do I properly care for the product?

The weight is permanently integrated. Spot-clean the vest with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not soak it or use a washing machine or dryer. Air it out after training and allow it to dry completely in the open air. Keep the hook-and-loop fasteners free of lint and store the vest in a dry, cool place.
