How do I use the Pilates ring correctly?

Place the ring between your arms, inner thighs, or knees, then press and resist. The tension specifically activates the surrounding muscle groups. For beginners, we recommend starting with short intervals.

Which band should I use for which exercise?

The latex loop bands are suitable for leg, glute, and full-body exercises; the light band is for beginners and warm-ups, the medium and heavy bands for more intense workouts. The fabric booty band is especially good for squats and glute exercises as it doesn’t slip or cut in.

How is the set delivered?

What is included in the delivery?

Care Instructions

Your set lasts long if you take good care of the latex bands in particular. This keeps everything elastic and hygienic.

  • Wipe latex bands: Clean after training with a damp cloth and some mild soap, then let dry flat. Avoid oil- or alcohol-based cleaners and hand lotions, as they damage the latex.
  • Store completely dry: Store bands, ball, and fabric band only when fully dry to prevent mold. Keep cool and dark, not in direct sunlight or near heaters, as this makes latex brittle.
  • Do not store stretched: Lay bands loosely and without knots. Constant tension and creases create weak spots.
  • Clean ring and ball damp: Wipe Pilates ring and ball with a damp cloth and mild cleaner. Do not overinflate the ball, as this stresses the seam.
  • Wash fabric booty band: Wash by hand or on a gentle cycle if needed and air dry, do not tumble dry.
  • Check regularly: Before training, quickly check latex bands for tears, thin spots, or discoloration and replace if worn to avoid snapping under load.
