The powerful 250W motor is housed in the rear wheel, the high-performance battery in the removable seat post - it hardly gets any more inconspicuous than that.

How long does the assembly take?
- Our e-bikes are 90% pre-assembled. Only the pedals need to be screwed on and possibly the mudguard. On average, it takes a person about 15 minutes to assemble.
How can I charge the battery?
- The battery is installed in the seat post and can be removed; it can be charged at any household socket. However, it is also possible to charge directly on the e-bike.
Can the e-bike be ridden in the rain?
- Yes, the e-bike can be ridden in the rain.
Can the e-bike be ridden without motor assistance?
Yes, the e-bike can be operated in 3 driving modes:
- With a throttle like a small motorcycle (20 km/h)
- With pedal assistance like a classic e-bike (up to 25 km/h)
- Without motor assistance like a normal folding bike
Can a trailer be mounted or is there a compatible luggage rack?
- Yes, you can easily attach a trailer and in the near future we will also offer a compatible luggage rack for the e-bike as a purchase option.
Do I need insurance for my e-bike?
No, insurance is not mandatory in Switzerland.
Theft insurance: Is your e-bike stolen despite a lock being attached? A household insurance from certain providers can help here. Also make sure that this case is covered by your insurance.
Care & Maintenance of the E-Bike
- Regular cleaning: Clean the e-bike regularly with a mild detergent and water. However, avoid using high-pressure cleaners as this can damage the electronics.
- Checking the air pressure: Regularly check the air pressure of the tires and inflate them if necessary. This ensures safe and efficient operation.
- Checking the chain: Regularly check the condition of the chain and lubricate it if needed. A well-lubricated chain extends the lifespan of the drive and ensures a pleasant riding experience.
- Brake maintenance: Make sure the brakes always function perfectly and adjust them if necessary. Regularly check the brake pads and replace them if needed.
- Battery care: Only charge the battery with the charger recommended by the manufacturer and store it in a dry and cool place if necessary. Make sure to regularly discharge and recharge the battery to extend its lifespan.
- Storage: If you do not use the e-bike for a longer period, you should store it in a dry and cool place. Remove the battery and store it separately.
