How fast does the E-Scooter Pro go, and is it approved for use in Switzerland?
The maximum speed is 20 km/h. This means the E-Scooter Pro is approved for road use in Switzerland.
How far can I go on a single battery charge?
Depending on the battery version, riding style, and terrain, up to 100 km. The 48 V lithium battery takes approximately 6 to 11 hours to charge.
Do I need a license to ride an e-scooter?
In Switzerland, you can ride without a license from the age of 16. Between the ages of 14 and 16, you need a category M moped license.
Can I ride an e-scooter in the rain?
Yes, the E-Scooter Pro is splash-proof according to IPX4 and is therefore also suitable for riding in light rain.

How much weight can the E-Scooter Pro carry?
The maximum load capacity is 100 kg.
How do I properly care for the product?
With the right care, your E-Scooter Pro will remain safe and reliable for a long time.
- Clean the frame: Wipe the scooter with a slightly damp cloth. Never use a pressure washer, as water can penetrate the electronics, motor, and bearings.
- Store the battery: Store the battery in a cool, dry place at around 10 to 20 degrees and never let it become deeply discharged. During longer breaks, keep it at around 40 to 70 percent and briefly recharge it every 4 to 8 weeks.
- Charge correctly: Use only the supplied charger and never charge the battery in freezing temperatures. A cold battery should first be brought to room temperature before being connected to the power supply.
- Check the tires: Regularly check the tire pressure. Insufficient pressure reduces range and increases the risk of punctures.
- Brakes and screws: Before longer rides, check the disc brake and periodically tighten the handlebars, folding mechanism, and visible screws.
- Store in a dry place: Do not leave the scooter permanently exposed to moisture or direct sunlight. After riding in the rain, dry it before storing it.
