Care Instructions
With the right care, your E-Scooter Pro will remain safe and reliable for a long time.
- Clean the frame: Wipe the scooter with a slightly damp cloth. Never use a high-pressure cleaner, as water can penetrate the electronics, motor, and bearings.
- Store the battery: Keep the battery cool and dry at around 10 to 20 degrees Celsius and never let it discharge completely. During longer breaks, maintain it at about 40 to 70 percent charge and top it up briefly every 4 to 8 weeks.
- Charge properly: Use only the supplied charger and never charge in freezing conditions. A cold battery should only be connected to power at room temperature.
- Check the tires: Regularly check the tire pressure. Too little pressure reduces range and increases the risk of punctures.
- Brakes and screws: Before longer rides, check the disc brakes and periodically tighten the handlebars, folding mechanism, and visible screws.
- Store dry: Do not leave the scooter in damp conditions or direct sunlight for extended periods. After riding in the rain, dry it off before storing.
