A cable machine is one of the most versatile strength-training machines for your home: With height-adjustable cables, you train your back, shoulders, arms and core with constant tension, while being easy on your joints and quiet. Here you’ll find 10 tested cable exercises on the TWHEELS oak cable machine, from lat pulldowns to the Pallof press, each with instructions, recommended volume and the most common mistake.

Filter by muscle group or level and start with one of the ready-made workouts. The two independent cables are height-adjustable, the resistance can be selected in 14 levels up to 70 kg and expanded with additional weights, and the weight stack is designed for a maximum of 140 kg.

Which exercises are possible on the cable tower?
Over 40. You will find the most important ones to get started on this page: lat pulldown, rows, face pulls, triceps pushdowns, biceps curls and core exercises like the woodchopper and the Pallof press. Plus the integrated pull-up bar for pull-ups and leg raises.
Is 70 kg of resistance enough?
For the vast majority of exercises at home, yes, especially at a clean, slow pace. If you want to train heavier, you extend the tower to 100 kg with the additional weight set.
Is cable training suitable for beginners?
Yes, it is one of the safest ways into strength training: the movement is guided, the resistance can be set in 14 levels and the beginner exercises on this page are learned in a few minutes.
How often per week should I train on the cable tower?
