WalkingPad Training: Programs for the Office and Home

6 ÜbungenZusammengestellt von Lena Brunner

The WalkingPad brings movement into your everyday life: while working at a standing desk, making phone calls, or taking a relaxed session in between. Here you’ll find six programs, from getting started to interval walking, along with clear pace recommendations for every situation.

Important when getting started: With the handrail folded down, you can walk at up to 6 km/h. To jog, fold the handrail up; speeds of up to 10 km/h are then possible.

Frequently asked questions

How fast can I walk on the WalkingPad?
With the handrail folded down, you use the WalkingPad up to 6 km/h for walking. For jogging up to 10 km/h, you fold the handrail up, so you always have something to hold on to.
Can I stay focused while working?
Yes, at a slow pace between 2 and 4 km/h. Typing and phone calls work well after a short adjustment period. For tasks that need full concentration, pick the lower end.
How loud is the WalkingPad?
At walking pace the WalkingPad stays quiet enough for calls and for a rented flat. What you hear most are your own steps, and a thin mat underneath dampens them further.
Do I need special shoes?
No, clean sneakers with a flat, stable sole are enough. More important than the shoe is an upright posture and looking ahead instead of at your feet.
