Return costs on withdrawal (Liechtenstein and EU)

This page applies only to consumers in Liechtenstein and the EU who withdraw from a contract under section 12 of our terms. For customers in Switzerland, the right of return under section 9 applies.

If you withdraw, you bear the direct cost of the return.

Goods sent as parcels

You send back goods that can normally be returned by post yourself. The cost depends on the rate of the shipping service you choose.

Bulky goods and freight shipments

This covers goods which by their nature cannot normally be returned by post, in particular products with a carton side longer than 120 cm.

The cost of the return is estimated at a maximum of around CHF 180 per product. Depending on the product, weight and country, it is usually between CHF 98 and CHF 180.

You arrange the return yourself. The deadline and all other rules are set out in section 12.1 of our terms.
