What height and seat height is the chair suitable for?
- The seat height can be adjusted from 44–54 cm (Class 4 gas lift). This generally accommodates users approximately 160–200 cm tall and meets the requirements of DIN EN 1335.
What is the maximum weight capacity?
- SGS-tested steel frame & gas lift support up to 135 kg.
- This exceeds the usual 110 kg specified by DIN EN 1335.
Which casters are installed—and are replacement casters available for hard floors?
- Factory-fitted PU-coated universal casters (Ø 60 mm) for hard and soft floors.
- Replacement/hard-floor casters with a 10 mm or 11 mm pin can be reordered from our support team at any time.
Is the chair ergonomically certified?
- The ProActive meets the essential requirements of DIN EN 1335 for office swivel chairs. The gas lift and components have been tested by SGS and BIFMA.
How do I properly clean and care for the chair?
- Vacuum regularly using a soft vacuum attachment.
- Remove stains with a slightly damp microfiber cloth and mild soapy water – do not use solvents.
- Allow the mesh backrest to air-dry; do not use a hair dryer.
