What is included in the delivery?

How do I properly care for the product?

Your helmet only protects you when the shell and padding are in good condition. This is how to keep it safe and fresh for a long time.

  • Clean it: Wipe the outer shell and padding with lukewarm water and mild soap, then leave them to air-dry.
  • No solvents: Never use rubbing alcohol, thinner, or harsh cleaners, as they can damage the EPS shell and adhesive and weaken the protection.
  • LED rear light: Charge it via USB only, wipe the light itself with a slightly damp cloth, and do not submerge it in water.
  • Air it out: After riding, leave it open to air-dry so sweat and moisture can escape and odours do not develop.
  • Store it in a cool place: Do not leave it in direct sunlight or in a hot car, as heat can make the protective shell brittle.
  • Replace it after a fall: Replace the helmet after a hard impact, even if there is no visible crack, as its protective capability has then been used up.
