How far can I go on a single battery charge?
Up to 100 km with the Samsung battery and intelligent battery management, depending on the assistance level, terrain, and rider’s weight.
My e-bike seems too slow. What can I do?
In most cases, there is no defect. First, check three things: Is the pedal assistance set to the highest level? Are the brake discs running freely without rubbing? Are the tires properly inflated? What suspension and brakes are installed?

How can I charge the battery?
The battery is built into the seatpost and can be removed and charged at any standard household outlet. It can also be charged directly on the e-bike.
Can the e-bike be ridden in the rain?
Yes, the e-bike can be ridden in the rain.
Can the e-bike be ridden without motor assistance?
Yes, the e-bike can be used in 2 riding modes:
- With pedal assistance like a classic e-bike (up to 25 km/h)
- Without motor assistance, like a regular folding bike
Can a trailer be attached, or is there a compatible luggage rack?
Yes, you can easily attach a trailer, and in the near future we will also offer a compatible luggage rack for the e-bike as an optional purchase.
Do I need insurance for my e-bike?
No, insurance is not mandatory in Switzerland.
Theft insurance: Was your e-bike stolen despite having a lock attached? Household contents insurance from certain providers may help in this case. Also make sure that your insurance covers this situation.
How do I care for and maintain the e-bike?
- Regular cleaning: Clean the e-bike regularly with a mild cleaning agent and water. However, avoid using pressure washers, as they can damage the electronics.
- Checking the tire pressure: Check the tire pressure regularly and inflate the tires if necessary. This ensures safe and efficient operation.
- Checking the chain: Regularly check the condition of the chain and lubricate it when necessary. A well-lubricated chain extends the drivetrain’s service life and ensures a comfortable ride.
- Brake maintenance: Make sure the brakes always function properly and adjust them if necessary. Check the brake pads regularly and replace them when necessary.
- Battery care: Only charge the battery with the charger recommended by the manufacturer and, if necessary, store it in a dry, cool place. Make sure to discharge and recharge the battery regularly to extend its service life.
- Storage: If you do not use the e-bike for an extended period, store it in a dry, cool place. Remove the battery and store it separately.

How is the e-bike delivered?
The packages are delivered by Swiss Post & DHL.
How long does assembly take?
Our e-bikes come partially assembled. Only the pedals and, if necessary, the mudguard need to be screwed on. On average, assembly takes about 15 minutes for one person.
