How do I properly care for the product?

The battery is the heart of your e-bike. With a few simple steps, you can extend its lifespan and get the full range.

  • Charging: Always use the original charger supplied with the battery, and charge it at room temperature—not in direct sunlight or freezing conditions.
  • Avoid deep discharge: Never leave the battery completely empty. Recharge it after every longer ride.
  • Storage: For longer breaks, store it in a cool, dry place, ideally at around 10 to 20 degrees and with approximately 40 to 70 percent charge.
  • Contacts: Keep the contacts and the lock clean and dry. Wipe them with a dry cloth if necessary; never rinse them with water.
  • Cleaning: Wipe only with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use a pressure washer or aggressive cleaning products.
  • Winter: In cold weather, install the battery for the ride, but store and charge it in a warm indoor space to protect the cells.
