Warehouse, Shipping & Customer Service Associate (m/f/d)
You ensure that orders go out correctly and customers receive reliable answers. Warehouse and shipping are your core responsibilities, with customer service as your second pillar.
The role
A key operational role with clear priority.
At TWHEELS, a lot comes together in Weesen: goods receiving, shipping, customer service, test rides, and repairs. You keep the daily flow of goods running reliably and support our customers with clear, friendly answers.
Test rides and simple repairs are also part of the role when daily operations allow. This keeps the focus where it makes the greatest difference.
Your tasks
That’s what matters in everyday life.
- Pick and pack orders carefully and ship them on time
- Check incoming goods, maintain inventory, and keep the warehouse organized
- Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone, from purchase advice through after-sales service
- Manage test-ride appointments and show customers our e-bikes, e-scooters, and electric mopeds when daily operations allow.
- Handle simple repairs and spare-parts service once warehouse operations and customer service are covered.
Your profile
You take action and communicate clearly.
- You’re physically hands-on. An e-bike or a large package doesn’t intimidate you.
- You are skilled with your hands and enjoy assembling or repairing things.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a well-groomed appearance come naturally to you.
- You enjoy talking on the phone, writing clear emails, and engaging with customers in a friendly manner.
- You enjoy working with digital tools and making effective use of AI in your daily work.
- You speak and write German and English very well. French or Italian is a plus.
- Experience in warehousing or logistics is an advantage, but not essential.
