How is the e-bike delivered?
The packages are delivered by Swiss Post & DHL.
How long does the setup take?
Our e-bikes come pre-assembled. Only the pedals need to be screwed on, and possibly the fender. On average, it takes a person about 15 minutes to set up.
How can I charge the battery?
The battery is built into the seat post and can be removed; it can be charged at any household power outlet. However, it is also possible to charge it directly on the e-bike.
Can the e-bike be ridden in the rain?
Yes, the e-bike can be ridden in the rain.
Can the e-bike be ridden without motor assistance?
Yes, the e-bike can be operated in 2 riding modes:
- With pedal assist like a classic e-bike (up to 25 km/h)
- Without motor assistance like a regular folding bike
Can a trailer be attached, or is there a compatible luggage rack?
Yes, you can easily attach a trailer, and in the near future, we will also offer a compatible luggage rack for the e-bike as an optional purchase.
Do I need insurance for my e-bike?
No, insurance is not mandatory in Switzerland.
Theft insurance: Is your e-bike stolen despite having a lock? A home insurance policy from certain providers can help here. Also make sure that this case is covered by your insurance.
