- Our e-scooters are 90% pre-assembled. You only need to attach the handlebar grips, then you can start riding.

- The TWHEELS scooter can be used on road inclines of up to 21%.
How can I charge the battery?
- With our e-scooter, you can easily remove the battery from the T-bar, so you don't always have to carry the entire scooter. However, it is also possible to charge directly on the scooter.
Can the e-scooter be ridden in the rain?
- Yes, the e-scooter can be ridden in the rain.
Do I need insurance for my e-scooter?
- No. In Switzerland, insurance is not mandatory.
Theft insurance: If your e-scooter is stolen despite a lock being attached, some home insurance providers can help. Also make sure whether this case is covered by your insurance.
What is the minimum age for riding an e-scooter?
- E-scooters may be ridden from a minimum age of 14 years with a category M driving license. Without a driving license, riding an e-scooter is only possible from 16 years of age.
How do I register an e-scooter?
- Can be ridden like a conventional bike without a license plate!
Is there a helmet requirement?
Wearing a helmet is legally not mandatory. Nevertheless, we recommend you to wear a helmet for your safety while riding.
Am I allowed to take my e-scooter on public transport (ÖV - öffentlicher Verkehr)?
- In general, public transport providers allow the carriage of foldable e-scooters as free hand luggage.
